I have the perfect cottage for you located on the shores of lake Massawippi in the Eastern Township available all year round, with amazing views & beautiful landscapes. The cottage has been renovated with 3 bedrooms, living room, fire place and kitchen with all amenities on hard wood floors. We are located 1 hr 15 minutes, from the Champlain bridge & 15 minutes fromMagog.

For the skier we have Mount Orford, Mount Joie, and hundreds of miles of cross country trails within minutes of the cottage.

During the Summer & Fall season, the lake offers unmentionable amounts of activities and you can also access the amazing Ripplecove Inn by boat.

For the passionate golfer, we have the North Hatley Country Club, Orford Golf Club, Dufferin Heights, and the Milby Golf Club. The nature lovers will indulge themselves in the vast biking / walking paths which flood the area.

The cottage is located on Bacon's Bay on a private road with a multi purpose convenience store in walking distance.
