Here are some suggestions:
Ski Mont Orford
Orford has what it takes to satisfy every real nature lover. For 70 years the Mont Orford ski station – the 4th highest summit in Quebec – has efficiently planned and groomed 3 mountains (Orford, Alfred-Desrochers and Giroux), 4 major slopes, 61 trails and gladed areas, all now accessible by 9 mechanical lifts, including a hybrid gondola, in the heart of nature and surrounded by a breath taking view in all directions.
Fête des vendanges de Magog
The Fête des vendanges Magog-Orford heralds the beginning of fall activities in the magnificent Eastern Townships region. The first edition of the festival was held in 1993. The team at Vignoble Le Cep d’Argent were the original force behind the initiative, which ripened well, like good grapes.
Golf – Dufferin Heights Country Club
It’s rare that a golf course attracts visitors just for the view but Dufferin HeightsCountry Club at an elevation of 1500 feet (457 meters) certainly does this.
Dufferin Heights is considered one of the most beautiful golf courses “found anywhere” and one of the jewels of the Eastern Townships.
Health & Wellness Retreat
Spa Eastman, a pioneer in destination spa vacations since 1977, offers a complete menu of spa treatments combined with a comprehensive program of relaxation techniques, fitness and nutrition all geared to do wonders for both body and soul.
Club de Golf Milby
Nestled in the lush Eastern Townships countryside a few miles from Sherbrooke, North Hatley and Compton, you will find the Milby Golf Club, a semi-private course which offers an interesting challenge thanks to its hilly fairways bordered by brooks and mature trees.
